I came to the beautiful island of Koh Samui, primarily for complete relaxation and detox, but for the last 3 days took advantage of the the holiday special in one of the TopCat’s Suite Bungalows that included 2 ½ days fishing.

The fishing was breathtaking, I lost count of how many fish that I caught but for sure it was over 20 fish during the 3 days.

I paid the upgrade to fish the Arapaima Swim that is situated away from the main fishing area and the experience was awesome and every angler should try that swim at least once. My fit bit measured my heart rate at over 160 during an Arapaima fight which is more than any workout that I had during the rest of my trip.

The staff friendly and attentive, the accommodation very comfortable, and the food was amazing.

I will hopefully be returning soon with some mates who were jealous, watching on back in the UK.
