Also known as the Giant Barb, the Siamese Carp is the largest carp species in the world. Native to Thailand, like all their relatives, it fights with immense power right up to the point you net them. They are reputed to grow to in excess of 600lb, although the largest one caught in Thailand is recorded at 232lbs.
