Even though the borders of Thailand have now been closed for almost a year and there has been hardly any customers,  there is always something to do it seems.

Pumps, fountains and filters need constant monitoring, plus the lake vegetation is growing in non-stop fashion.

Any large investments really are on hold in the current climate, but we did decide to facelift the platforms in the Carp Channel and the Predator Corner, no small job as all the old concrete had to be removed and then I did the hard work and bought all the wood.

The wood is a specially treated hard wood. Treated with a good dose of termite repellent and given two coats of durable deck stain it should last at least 5 years.
