TopCats would like to wish all our customers and future customers a Happy and, most importantly, a Healthy New Year. As it’s TopCats, we of course would always want you to have a bend in your rod and tight lines in 2026

As we start the new year, we are excited to announce a new business partner, Larry Harman, who will join Simon and the TopCats team effective January 2nd.

Many of our customers will already be familiar with Larry, as he has been visiting TopCats since 2015 and has fished with us a total of 84 times, catching a diverse array of our fish. He even has a Mekong named after him, though he might not like us reminding him that he is still looking to catch an elusive Julien’s Golden Carp!

His largest Capture is a 330 lb Arapaima, and one of his best days was when he landed 3 100lb+ carp in a single session 

Larry and Simon first met on the lake in May 2017  and have remained friends ever since.  He will bring his vast array of fishing experience and be instrumental in the maintenance and fishery management as we move forward.

Larry said, “After fishing at Topcats for the last 10 years, it’s the start of a new year and a new adventure at Topcats Fishing Resort.  I look forward to the upcoming times ahead with Simon and a fabulous team of staff.
