Super Harvest Moon
We have just had the first supermoon of the year (6th/7th October). Known as the Harvest Moon, because it’s the full moon closest to the September equinox (22nd).
A supermoon occurs at the point the moon orbits at its closest to the Earth.there will be further 2 in the coming months of 2025.
It’s a time when we are normally busy, as revelers stop off en route to the famous Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan. In addition, a full moon day is generally a good time to fish. The ghostly, platinum redtail, Casper, is one such special fish that is prone to make an appearance
Our guide Tadpole, has many hidden talents, such as being a tip-top fishing guide and head of boilie making. Now you can add photography to that list! She took this incredible picture as the super moon rose over the lake, and it demonstrated our setup and a great advert for our sponsors
Products in Focus: Century Excalibur Rods, Delkim alarms, Shimano Baitrunners loaded with high viz Gamma Polyflex, and of course, the awesome Solar P1 Pod.
