Payment Terms & Conditions
- Returning customers can get 5% discount.
- Pay in full 5% discount on above prices.
Deposits
- All booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
- Deposit is 30% of total holiday cost.
- Customers paying GBP can pay to a UK Bank Account.
- Other methods of payment include a Thai Bank account or PayPal by arrangement.
Balance
- The balance of the payment must be paid 60 days prior to your arrival date.
- Pricing is calculated in accordance with legal provisions and taxes currently in force within the Kingdom. Any tax variations that may come up will have to be paid at a subsequent date.
Cancellations
- The deposit fee in non-refundable . The client can cancel the contract at anytime.
- Clients who wish to change the holiday date may do so subject to availability and provided any price variation is paid.
- Customers will be charged 5% for ALL transactions at TopCats made by ANY credit card. Sorry this cannot be avoided as the Thailand banks levy a charge on us. Please contact us if you need more information about paying by card.
COVID-19 : If you have to re-arrange your holiday, all bookings & payments are transferable subject to availability and at no extra cost.
