Mark it off your bucket list.

It was on my bucket list to catch monster fish in Thailand, and I urge everyone to do it while they can you will not regret it.

Get the flight sorted and from the moment our driver picks you up at Samui airport all you must worry about is catching big fish and a cool beer.

Gareth from Bournemouth had a win on the premium bonds so decided to embark on one of his bucket list items, of course a dream of trip to Thailand fishing. He did some research and chose TopCats. Koh Samui was a big draw as was his perception of our resort having a relaxed, no pressure environment for anglers of all abilities who want and are guaranteed to catch fish.

With a week’s fishing we expect 40-50 monsters.

It was his Dad’s birthday, so he brought him  along as well. Quite a trek for Steve as he travelled from the Lake District to Heathrow to start the journey to Bangkok.

They booked an 8-day trip with 5 days fishing. To say they enjoyed it is an understatement. They even extend it by 5 days and an additional 2 days of fishing.

With Mario aka Benz, aka Nicky on top form guiding for them, they caught a so many fish they lost count. Checkout some of the Pics. With a full moon in the offing even Casper made another appearance

Normally we talk about fishing records, but Gareth has a new record, most Chang drank, 128 at the time of writing !!
