Wedding Party at Topcats

With notice we can close the lake for exclusive use for your party for a day or half a day.

We can cater for up to 12 people across the main fishing area and with our guides on hand to help the non fisherman a great day is ensured.

TopCats supplies all the tackle and bait for predator and multi species fishing and our ladies are on hand to supply refreshing drinks and delicious home cooked Thai and Western food.

The whole experience is ideal for stag dos, wedding parties , team building or just a well organised social amongst friends. We always supply transfers to and from your resort and of course some merch for prize giving at the end.

With that in mind we hosted Carl Butler form the midlands , UK. Carl got married in Koh Samui but was unlucky with the weather, that said everyone seemed happy when fishing and when I met them in the Speed Bar in Lamai the day after.

8 lads from the wedding party came for a full day. There were varying degrees of angling skill on show ranging from never fished before to proficient carp angler. A few of the lads didn’t make the full day but over 50 fish came out, including some real monsters and an Arapaima for the groom which won him the Topcats Fishing Shirt for best fish of the day. I was playing for a bit as it was double hook up. Doy said it was an Asian Redtail, think after 10 years he will need some more training.
