Last week we hosted Jon McPhillimy and his partner, Samantha.

Jon is a keen cat fisherman from the UK and was fishing here free of charge as he won his trip from the Catfish against Cancer(CAC) charity Auction last year .

The fishing was as ever out of this world as he and Sam weighed in with 65 fish in total, with 7 Arapaima !!

In addition, there was plenty of other species including the prehistoric Alligator Gar, Siamese Carp, Pacu and of course his beloved Catfish. Checkout a few of the many pics that Jon sent us.

Jon and Sam made full use of TopCats tours as he did some island hopping to Koh Madsum ( Pig Island) and  Koh Tan.

They finished off a great 2 centre holiday with a diving trip to the nearby, beautiful Koh Tao Island

Things are really hotting up now, and I not only talking about the weather.

The recent full moon party on Koh Phangan brought day ticket anglers and the holidays are filling up for later in the year.
